            Sevier County Emergency Management reported
            water encroaching Deerfield Mobile Home
            Park(pictures provided on social media) due
            to release of water from Douglas Dam into
            the French Broad River. Evacuation orders in
            place for Deerfield Mobile Home Park and
            portions of Binginham Island Subdivision.
            911 call center had no reports of water
            entering homes at time of call.
