...FLOOD WARNING FOR A DAM FLOODGATE RELEASE HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Warning has expired for a portion of east Tennessee,
including the following areas, Knox and Sevier.

TVA continues to lower releases from Douglas Dam and as a result
flood waters have receded. However, river levels will remain high
for some time and flows will continue to be swift. Please stay out
of high waters and away from river banks and culverts as they may
continue to be unstable or unsafe.

Lastly, please continue to follow guidance from local law
enforcement and emergency management staff.
